Always good to be aware of things, but you can relax, because I don’t see any of it happening on the scale presented. After the flood of 2012, we had curfew established, and actually, it kept looters from outside the community, out, of, the community. I was in an incident with an overly tense national guardsman, but that was diffused. Bear in mind, those sent into areas, are tense, so try to be more layback and easy in demeanor. If the outside “help” is tense, and you are tense, it only escalates things. Also try to think about two steps ahead of yourself. Not to harm anyone, but to prevent yourself from getting into unnecessary trouble.
